Of the Big 3's current new halo muscle cars, which one would you take home?
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:45 |

I'd take that GT350 to listen to a 8,250rpm redline.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:45 |

GT350.
Z/28 is cool, but I don't particularly like that bodystyle and it's very hard to see out of. Also, it's just a little too much on the road—Trofeos, carbon rotors, etc.
I hate the Challenger bodystyle. It does nothing for me. I love the new Charger, though.
GT350 should be a great streetable car that can handle itself on the track, just like the 302. It's the GT3 to the Camaro's GT3 RS.

Camaro

I like the z/28, but for sone reason I can't stand it's chin spoiler

Torn between Z/28 and GT350.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:48 |

![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:49 |

I believe so
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:49 |

Track the Mustang GT350
DD the Challenger Hellcat
Burn the Camaro.

![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:51 |

Prob Camaro, it's supposed to be an incredible drive. After that, Mustang.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:52 |
|
It's too early for this decision
(I'd pick the Mustang tho)
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:52 |

Still in awe at the size of those brakes, plus 700 hp.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:52 |

Really? With that avatar I thought you were more of a M4 man.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:53 |

DD: Hellcat
Track: GT350
Burn: Z/28
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:53 |

...on the track lol. Its supposed to be hell on real streets

Lol all the Z/28 h8
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:54 |

Ford, its the only one made in the USA. The big block in the Camaro is awful tempting though.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:54 |
|
Methinks the mustang will be the same way. Plus I like the way the camuruhh looks.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:54 |

No man. Id take the Mitsu Mirage over either
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:55 |

also torn between the Z/28 and GT350 mostly because i don't know too much on the Stang. I love the Hellcat because of what it is and stands for compared to the others who seem to be joining the foreign car clubs. 700+ HP and badassness is always good! But so is progress. i can't choose. Like always
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:55 |

This guy gets it.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:55 |
|
Sorry, but the GT350 does nothing for me. Between the Hellcat and Z/28 for me, and that is actually a pretty tough choice to make, all things considered.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:56 |
|
If you would of asked me 2 days ago I would of said the hellcat. But after the news of the high revving flat plane crank I'm gonna have to say the GT350.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:59 |
|
GT350. It seems like the sort of Mustang to keep around 20-30 years down the road, like the 69 Mach 1 fastbacks, SVO Foxbodys, or SVT Cobras
I'm really hoping a year out of college they'll be priced reasonably enough, and not yet insane collector's item priced
![]() 11/18/2014 at 09:59 |
|
Same
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:01 |
|
Hopefully less than the Z/28
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:01 |
|
Because Trofeos, 7 liter, Carbon ceramics, TR6060, etc etc.
You dont need to see behind you, why look back at the losers?
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:02 |
|
Or in front. Or beside.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:04 |
|
I hate chysler's build quality (the inside of our $35,000 2015 jeep is far inferior to my 2008 GMC sierra base V8). The Z/28 is a track car. So I'll take the gt350.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:04 |
|
GT350 because I think it'd be the most livable of the three and that sound....
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:05 |
|
That sound......*crisis*
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:06 |
|
I figure as long as ford doesn't give it a limited run a la Boss 302 and keeps making them they won't be too pricy
God I hope I'm right
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:09 |
|
I like the Mustang and the Camaro almost equally. You can burn the fat one that can't stop telling everyone how many horsepower it has.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:10 |
|
The camaro costs $75k and will be outdated in a year so thats out and the Brostang will always be ruined for me by all the douches around metro Detroit that have one. Not to mention they are all 4 thousand pound 2+2 cars, I gotta imagine the Hellcat is better on the street. Plus with some more tire in the back you're into the 10's.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:10 |
|
I really don't like the Camaro, on top of that I have a hard time seeing out of it to. The Hellcat is a great and crazy car, but I love the GT350! It's everything I've wanted in a Mustang. Plus I need to hear it scream at 8200RPM's! That's insane! It's hard to believe an American manufacture is making a production FPC. I just find it so much cooler and more exciting then the other two.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:14 |
|
Part of me likes the big, comfy, and stupid-powerful Hellcat. It would probably never stop making me laugh, and would be the kind of car I'd like to take cross country.
But damn, that GT350 is handsome and makes some very pretty noises.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:26 |
|
Side and front isnt bad, but most competent drivers wont notice. Rear is a bit limited to say the least.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:46 |
|
I just think it's fucking ugly, and I'd rather be in second place (though we have no idea if the GT350 is actually slower) and in the Mustang than the Z/28.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 10:59 |
|
GT350 mostly because I think it will pretty much shit on everything else with a proper set of sticky tires. Ford has always made good cars that punch above their weight class and I don't think it will be any different here, especially if you throw some good better rubber on it.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 11:29 |
|
I'll take the Hellcat. Easy decision. I like the Z/28, but the Hellcat just does more for me. The GT350 is still shitty, in my opinion.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 11:48 |
|
Hellcat = still fat.
Z/28 = still ugly.
GT350 = the best looking, the lightest, revs like a Ferrari. Yep, I'll take it.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 12:16 |
|
GT350, but I think Chevy's halo car is the C7 Z06.
![]() 11/18/2014 at 12:42 |

It says halo muscle cars. Corvettes are sports cars

I still find it funny how the old GT500 was quicker to 60 that the Hellcat
![]() 11/18/2014 at 20:42 |
|
yup lol
![]() 11/19/2014 at 08:49 |

Yea, if I had to pick I would have the mustang. As far as the hellcat, I don't have anything nice to say so I won't say anything haha.
![]() 11/19/2014 at 10:04 |
|
Lol
![]() 11/20/2014 at 21:44 |
|
For the first time in a really long time, Mustang.
![]() 11/21/2014 at 19:06 |
|
the hellcat is 1000 pounds heavier than the gt350
![]() 11/22/2014 at 03:01 |
|
A thousand? I didn't realize the GT350 was 400 pounds lighter then the GT. Must of missed the part where the bigger engine was actually made from carbon fiber.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 11:36 |
|
GT350
![]() 01/18/2015 at 11:44 |
|
Camaro.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 11:48 |
|
Hellcat cause new Mustang styling is fugly. Put a previous gen there and I would take the Mustang.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 12:05 |
|
Z/28 because Stielow.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 12:28 |
|
Shouldn't the GT350R be the one slotted against the Z/28? The Hellcat is the odd one out here..
Between the z/28 and GT350R, I'd probably take the Mustang, if it's soley for track usage. If we're talking DD, then it'd probably be the NFG Hellcat, because creature comforts. As great as the Camaro and Mustang would be on the track, I need A/C, comfy seats, etc.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 12:29 |
|
GT350 or Hellcat.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 12:29 |
|
Umm, no.
I will kill myself.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 12:32 |
|
GT350 with the Hellcat in second. The power in the Hellcat would be great fun for daily use, but my word would the Shelby be epic fun on the track. Don't particularly like the body style on the Camaro.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 12:48 |
|
Camaro because no compromise trackday bro. I'm a blue oval guy but I think I could live with a Z28.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 12:52 |
|
You're brave if you'd live with a Z/28
![]() 01/18/2015 at 12:56 |
|
Imagine replacing the tires. I bet I would do a double take when I saw the invoice.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 13:42 |
|
Hellcat...because of the ridiculousness of it and because it's just a straight up American muscle car which i like a lot
![]() 01/18/2015 at 13:59 |
|
Pony car, pony car, muscle car.
![]() 01/18/2015 at 16:05 |

If we were playing Fuck, Marry, Kill:
Fuck: Hellcat. You all know my scarring via Chrysler Cordoba, which stays with me to this day. That said, I'd like an hour or two with this whore...
Marry: GT350. Always liked Ford of all the US automakers and I like the looks of this.
Kill: Z/28. Had a bad experience with a GMC. Not really kill-worthy, but process of elimination puts it here...
![]() 01/18/2015 at 16:31 |
|
Either the Hellcat or the GT350. I hate the way the Camaro looks and it doesn't sound pleasant either.
![]() 01/19/2015 at 03:12 |
|
i WANT THIS!!! NOW!!
![]() 01/19/2015 at 12:10 |
|
GT350 (and this is the first Mustang I've ever really had some interest in)
![]() 09/06/2015 at 00:44 |
|
You are comparing two track machines, to a dragster. At least compare the Hellcat to the ZL1 and GT500.
![]() 09/06/2015 at 07:28 |
|
That’s the point, as they’re currently the top of the line for each car.
![]() 09/06/2015 at 10:26 |
|
They may be current, but they’re not at all comparable. They simply serve different purposes.
![]() 09/06/2015 at 22:10 |
|
Yep. But I compare them anyways.
